Where innovation meets technology.
Combined measuring device for conducting pre-test and main testing on gas supply line according to DVGW-TRGI or TRF.
The pre-test is carried out with a test pressure of 1 bar as part of a material test or a burden test. For the main test, a test pressure of 110 mbar is applied.
The section of gas line to be tested is closed off with a cylindrical or conical testing stopper, depending on the fitting, and a distributing piece. With the two-sided one-hand quick coupling of a connecting hose, the testing stoppers are connected to the distributing piece and the testing pump to the outlet of the pressure gauge with Bourdon tube. After that the testing pressure for the burden test is created via the pump pipes. After the pre-testing measurements, the testing pressure is reduced to the necessary 110 mbar for the main test via the second ball valve.
By opening the connecting port, the testing pressure is created in the water column. The necessary testing pressure of 110 mbar can be maintained at any time by renewed pumping or reducing the pressuring via the depressurisation handle.
The testing device consists of a testing pump mounted on a board, manufactured from precision steel pipe, with outlet for a connected pressure gauge with Bourdon tube - for the necessary pressure build up of 1 bar. A plexiglass water container is also located on the board with an unscrewable water column for displaying a testing pressure of up to 110 mbar during the main test. The testing pump is set up with fittings, screw joint and distributing piece and multiple ball valve so that the burden test via the pressure gauge with Bourdon tube 1 bar as well as the main test with 110 mbar via the plexiglass water container with screwed-on water column can be started and carried out one after the other by pressing the ball valves. Standard features also include the 6 testing stoppers, available optionally in cylindrical or conical form, and a distributing piece.
