Pipe drilling units

All städtler + beck pipe-drilling devices allow drilling a pipe without any gas or water leakage.

For years, städtler + beck uses a unique system, named IKSK, which provides intelligent and continuous control of the power applied to the cutting tool.

This system is based upon a special spring, which is loaded in order to automatically apply pressure to the cutting tool.

In this way, städtler + beck pipe cutting devices feature a number of unique characteristics:

• High torque level
• Uniform drilling results
• Less wear on the cutting tool
• Absorption of shocks

As a result, these devices need 50% less time when compared to conventional pipe drilling devices. Due to reduced wear, operating costs are 65 % lower while cutting tools last longer.
