All städtler + beck socket-testing devices can be used in air as well as for water leakage testing. Drainage is not necessary because all of our systems have a gateway. The self-developed profile works with a maximum pressure of up to 8 bar in combination with specific concrete soft rubber seals which provide unsurpassed sealing inside the tube.
For manual operation in channels that are not walkable, we have developed as an addition the system MPG DN 200 – 700, our OMPP's DN 200 - 700 makes it possible to use a mobile camera system, which have a special window for the precise positioning of a socket-testing device.
The MUPP series is compatible with virtually all under-carriage systems, in which the entire test can be recorded optically. Unique in our animated diagramme and shown separately, is the so-called MUPP II technology. For the first time not only is the optimal positioning of the socket-testing device ensured, but also a definite allocation of possible pressure loss on the sleeve.
Only the Mupp II series has integrated self-monitoring!
In the wake of the increased use of plastic pipes in the wastewater sector and the difference of internal pipe diameters, the MB multi-area socket-testing device is a consistent and fully functional adaptation designed to cope with the ever-changing materials. For the first time a clearly defined test volume (= test period) is combined with a high tolerance of measurement.
Of particular economic importance is that our MDPs or multidimensional socket-testing devices is one device that can be used for at least 5 different pipe diameters.
For buildings with a larger channel dimension, the standard series MPG DN 800 – 4000offers outstanding durability and stability due to its' divisible steel welded construction. This can be directly linked to the städtler + beck measuring technique DMS. Additionally the use of special water pressure containers allow a highly efficient sleeve test.
Optionally there is also an high-pressure testing device available which allow tests up to 15bar. If a high tolerance is required, we recommend the use of our KOMUP.
Globally unique high-level Hubprofiles can be offset up to 70mm. Unparalleled for pipes with a high offset, multiple bends and different interior dimensions. Here too, evidence of a 100% fit and tightness to the pipe can be provided = DUOKOMUP.
For leaking joints use städtler + beck SANMUPP, SANKOMUP or MPR.
