Delivery as water testing device:
The MPG Powerline is equipped with a GEKA water coupling for filling purposes as a standard feature.
Different adapters are available that allow for connect-ions to pipe cross-sections or to other connections for inserting different testing materials.
A built-in four-wheel transport trolley is also a standard feature. Water container with rotary pump for water filling purposes and creation of test pressure - available with or without water reclamation, a foot air pump with pressure gauge is also available on request.
By means of the transport trolley, the socket testing device is positioned centrally in the testing area. Both hollow chamber profiles are inflated via the foot air pump or another pneumatic air pressure device to 8 to 10 bar pressure and the testing chambers are hermetically sealed. When testing, the testing chambers are filled with water via the opening ventilation ventile until the testing material escaped.
After closing the ventilation ventile has been closed, the admission value when it shows the selected testing pressure is also closed and the testing is carried out. In contrast to standard devices, the MPG Powerline socket testing device is produced in the exacted size required for testing. The low tolerance of 10 mm requires an exact measurement.
The testing device is made of a welded steel construction with two wide hollow chamber profiles and a reinforced testing chamber.
