Sealing bags with bypass

Multidimensional sealing bags - From DN 33 to DN 2200

Designed to seal all round sewers, pipes and connections temporarily or to divert fluids.

Type of construction:

The sealing bags are made of high-quality rubber with PA plies of fabrics. This combination of materials allows for long-term use in temperatures ranging from minus 25°C to plus 70°C. Short-term use is possible in temperatures ranging from minus 30°C to plus 100°C. Moreover, the rubber mixture is resistant to drains with pH values ranging from 2 to 12. This sealing bag material also meets existing regulations on drains in terms of hygiene and water economy. Long-term use in an aggressive material is not possible and can lead to the destruction of the sealing bag. We strongly recommend sealing bags and transport ports and bypasses that are resistant to oil and many chemicals for use in these environments.

In order to fill the sealing bags, a type 26 air valve coupling is mounted on the bag.

In addition, we recommend using a connecting hose with complete filling fixtures and security valves as well as a security and securing line from our accessories programme.
